RJ EVANS: Hello everyone. This is RJ Evans with Nationwide Belting Sales and Services, and I’m here to talk to you a little bit about the corrugated box industry today. In the corrugated box industry we work with many manufacturers of the belts that are used on those manufacturers, such as Habisit, Nitta, Chiorino, Ammeraal with the zip link product. We stock a lot of those products that we can fabricate and get out to you very quickly. Some of the OEMs that we do work for are, the EVOL Mitsubishi machines, we do Bobst, we do MarquipWardUnited, we do EMBA McKinley machines, and we also do the post machines. There are many others that are used Langston, S&S, there’s a number of other ones, but those are just a few that, we want to highlight. If you have any of those OEMs and you’re looking for help, identifying your belts, we would love to help you out.

Bridge belts again, the same thing. Some of the rough tops we would love to help you out. We have non-marking. We have, standard, such as, gum rough tops, things of that nature that can get that are used pretty frequently in those applications. Beater belts, which, a lot of times of the rounds, they come with a barbed hook. We stock 100ft coils of the rounds that we can we can help you out with different durometers. So we carry 88 durometers or 83 durometers. if you could just give us the color, we can help you out from that angle.

RJ EVANS: We also do a lot of scrap belts. Typically your scrap belts are going to be much wider applications. They’re going to be either a black or a green PVC. We can do those with a longitudinal or without a longitudinal. Most of your scrap belts are non-longitudinal. We also do a wide variety of folding rail belts and folding rails. Could be a rough top. It could be a zip link, could be a thicker green PVC material, could have vacuum holes. We can do or help you out with any of those applications. When it comes to the counter injectors, again, some of your red Linatex, covered belts, also vacuum or non-vacuum applications. And we would be able to help you out with those. The exit belts, same thing. We do a lot of the Linatex on exit belts, taking the corrugated box away from the system itself. And some of those are vacuum and some of them are, are just smooth. If you have any applications that you want to talk to us about, feel free to give us a call at the office at (419) 287-7092.
